2004 RENTAL UNIT RATES PER NIGHT

ALL RENTALS: Included is Heat, A/C, TV/VCR, Cable TV, Full Kitchen, Bathroom with Shower or tub and toilet, Refrigerator, Stove with Oven, Microwave. No Pets allowed at or in any of the Log Cabins or Rental Units. Linens not provided. No Smoking in Rentals. Maximum people per rental unit includes visitors. We do not allow overnight visitors in Rental Units. NYS Sales tax of 7.25% will apply on rental units for RVs, Cabins, and Park Models, for stays of 1 to 6 days. New York State exempts sales tax for stays of 7 days or more on rental units. Additionally, Occupancy tax of 4% will apply on rental units for RVs, Cabins, and Park Models, for any length of stay.

RV Rental Sites: Tents are not allowed on Log Cabin or RV rental unit sites.

CAMPSITE REQUIRED DEPOSIT

A reservation deposit is required. We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover at time of reservation. Reservations are held for 7 days pending receipt of required deposit and are canceled thereafter. ONLY Credit cards, Travelers' checks or cash are accepted as payment at check-in.

Checks are not accepted within 2 weeks of the reservation or upon check-in. Guaranteed reservations with a deposit are held only until 8:00 AM of the following morning after your scheduled date of arrival.

CAMPSITE CANCELLATION POLICY

CAMPSITES and RENTAL UNITS - Refunds are issued if written notice is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date and is subject to a $30 per site/rental cancellation fee. Cancellations received without the required notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. Camping is an outdoor experience. As such, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature or for early departures. NO exceptions. Tent sites: only 1 tent per site allowed.

RENTAL UNIT REQUIRED DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit of the total amount due is required. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover at time of reservation. Reservations are held for 7 days pending receipt of required deposit and are canceled thereafter. ONLY Credit cards, Travelers' checks or cash are accepted as payment at check-in.

RENTAL UNIT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations of reservations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. Camping is an outdoor experience. As such, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature or for early departures. NO exceptions.
We require a $100 security deposit at time of check-in. Most guests prefer to give us a pre-authorization of $100 on their credit card. If you post a cash security deposit of $100 it will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your departure. It will not be returned at the time of departure. Upon arrival we cannot accept checks for rental payments or security deposits.
