Greetings from the Hosts at Beaver KOA Journey! Our campground is open year-round, with our top priority being to provide excellent guest services, including clean sites and facilities, for your comfort and enjoyment. To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, we have an attentive on-site manager available to assist you with anything you may need. Our campground features a refreshing heated pool during the summer months—a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rural charm of Southern Utah.Great Location: Situated in the picturesque town of Beaver in Southern Utah, our location offers stunning views of the Tusher Mountains to the east and the Mineral Mountains to the west. Enjoy the flat ranch land with grazing cattle and horses, as well as the serene Beaver River meandering through. Our campground mirrors this tranquil setting, featuring level RV sites, Tent sites with and without electricity, and camping cabins, all surrounded by an abundance of elm trees that provide shade. At Beaver KOA, we welcome pets with open arms, making it an ideal spot for a family retreat where you may catch glimpses of hummingbirds, songbirds, or even deer roaming the nearby fields. Conveniently positioned 200 miles between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, our campground grants direct access to 270 miles of the Paiute Trail for ATV enthusiasts. Not far away, you can embark on a scenic drive to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, where alpine lakes fed by trout streams await, along with excellent exploring opportunities. What types of sites are available? Whether you want to sleep under the stars in a traditional tent or prefer the comforts of home, Beaver KOA has a campsite for every camper. KOA is one of the most comfortable campgrounds in Beaver, Utah, offering everything from basic Tent Sites to Long RV Sites and Rustic Camping Cabins. For RV camping, we have Pull-Thru and Back-In RV Sites with full hookups, accommodating lengths of up to 80 feet. Every site is equipped with a picnic table, with some featuring a fire ring for enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends. Experience nature by staying in one of our Rustic Camping Cabins, which feature single- and two-room options for those seeking a traditional experience without needing to pitch a tent. Both cabin types include a picnic table, fire ring, and porch swing. Campers looking for an authentic camping experience can reserve one of our many Tent Sites, some of which offer water and electricity, all featuring a grassy area, picnic table, and some have a fire ring. What Amenities Does Beaver KOA Offer? Beaver KOA provides a variety of amenities to ensure that every camper enjoys a comfortable and pleasant stay. After a long day of exploring or relaxing, take a hot shower in our clean restrooms or utilize our on-site laundry facilities. Cancelation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us @ 435-438-2924 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. 

Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. 

Cancelation Deadlines: 

RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancelation notice. Call  by 4 p.m., 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancelation notice. Call by 4 p.m., 14 days before your scheduled arrival. 

Cancelation Details: Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancelations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.

No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
