Policies

Different accommodations require different cancellation times. See the following for exact requirements. 

Deluxe Cabins- By 3pm 14 days/2 weeks before day of check-in.

Camping Cabins- By 3pm 14 days/2 weeks before day of check-in.

Glamping Tents- By 3pm 14 days/2 weeks before day of check-in.

RV & Tent Sites- By 3pm 7 days/1 week before day of check-in.

We are confident these timelines provide some of the most flexible cancellations across leisure and travel industries. Therefore, due to the strong guest demand for our outdoor hospitality experience, please be aware that this policy will be enforced on a consistent basis without exception.

All cancellations must be canceled via phone call (not email). When you call, please have your reservation number ready. Once the reservation is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Refunds

When canceling you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Sites will not be held past 12 noon on the day following your scheduled arrival and the reservation will be automatically canceled unless prior arrangements have been made.

*No refunds are given for missed nights do to missing check-in window/times, and leaving earlier/staying less days then booked.

* No refunds are given for Inclement Weather

Security Hold

We charge a $100 Security Hold for all reservations being made for any of our Cabins including Glamping Tents. This is similar to what all hotels do with your credit card. Once you have checked-out and we have done a run through of your accommodation then the money will be refunded back onto its original form of payment. Any damages or additional cleaning charges (Because rules were not followed) will be deducted from the Security Hold. If canceling, the Security Hold will be refunded according to normal reservation cancellation policy rules. 

*If a dog is discovered to be in your cabin w/out prior permission, the Security Hold will be forfeited and not refunded.
