Refund Policy for Cabins/Cottages on Holiday or Special Event Weekends - Notify KOA by 4:00 p.m. 14 Days prior to arrival date. There is a $20 cancellation fee charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations made after deadline result in forfeiture of all deposits.
