Just a short drive from the campground, this lively local market features farm-fresh produce, homemade treats, handmade crafts, and more. It's the perfect way to experience the flavor and charm of the community. Bring your tote bag and your appetite—there's something for everyone!

Get ready for a star-spangled celebration like no other! Grants is going all out this 4th of July!Start your day with the annual Independence Day Parade rolling down historic Route 66, bringing floats, flags, and festive spirit through the heart of town. Then head to the Cow Palace Arena at 2:00 PM for thrilling rodeo action that'll keep you on the edge of your seat.As the sun sets, the party keeps going with a live concert by Chevel Shepherd, Season 15 winner of The Voice, followed by a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the skies above Grants High School.Bring the family, wear your red, white, and blue, and celebrate the 4th the Grants way—bold, proud, and full of small-town charm!
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made by calling us at 505-287-4376 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee.
Reservations booked within the cancellation window are not eligible for a refund if canceled.

RV and Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call call us by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival. Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
Cabins (Rustic & Deluxe): You must notify us by 4pm, at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of full deposit. Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
Special Events & Holiday's: You must notify us by 4pm, at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of full deposit (Special Event weekend we observe is the Balloon Fiesta) Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
Groups: Groups (larger than 4 sites) Require a 30 day Notice of Cancellation.
Refunds & Early Departures: There will be no refunds for early departures.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
