Basic and Deluxe cabins require 14 days prior notice to receive refund (minus $20 cancelation fee). Cancelations less than 14 days forfeit their deposit amount. No show reservations will be canceled at 9am the day after expected arrival unless other arrangements have been made in advance. RV reservations require 7 days advance notice (2pm seven days prior to arrival) of cancelation (minus a $20 cancelation fee). Cancelations less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit. No show reservations will be canceled at 9am the day following expected arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.
