MT GILEAD KOA CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR CAMPSITES AND CABINS: We follow the KOA national policy, which is listed below under "Cancellation Deadlines" and "Cancellation Details"

CAMPSITES (RV & TENT)  7 DAYS

Canceling OUTSIDE of the seven (7) days of your check-in date will result in a $20 cancellation fee. 

Canceling INSIDE of seven (7) days of your check-in date will result in forfeiting your entire site deposit.  THIS INCLUDES VIP MEMBERS.

CABINS 14 DAYS 

• Canceling OUTSIDE of fourteen (14) days from your check- in date will result in a $20 cancellation fee
• Canceling INSIDE of fourteen (14) days will result in forfeiter of the entire site deposit. THIS INCLUDES VIP MEMBERS
• Cabin Cancellation policy pertains to both holiday and non-holiday reservations
