RV and Tent Site Cancellations:
Any cancellations or changes to existing reservations received 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus a $20 processing fee. Any cancellations or changes to existing reservations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit.
Sites on Holiday Dates:
The cancellation period for RV sites is 14 days for premium reservation dates. Any cancellations or changes to existing reservation received 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus a $20 processing fee. Any cancellations or changes to existing reservations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit.
Cabins, RV Rentals, and Safari Tents Cancellations:
If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund with a $20 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.
Accommodation on Holiday Dates (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc.):
If the reservation is canceled prior to fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded except a $20.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled less than fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax.
