The Toccoa River tumbles down from the Blue Ridge Mountains, flows into Lake Blue Ridge and right past the Blue Ridge/Toccoa River KOA campground. Settle in with your choice of spacious RV sites, all with full hookups and free WiFi. New to camping, or looking for more of a glamping experience - come stay in one of our Premium Tent Sites or one of our Deluxe Cabins. There's a saltwater pool for your enjoyment, a pavilion for group get-togethers, 1300-feet of Toccoa River access for the best trout fishing experience, a KampK9® for your furry travel companions, and outdoor recreation area that has something for everyone at the campground to enjoy. You will definitely find plenty of room to roam; the BR/TR KOA adjoins the of the University of North Georgia - Blue Ridge, campus.

Location: Our campground is located in the North Georgia mountains, is in the Trout Capital of Georgia, and is within minutes to Historic Blue Ridge, GA - plus fishermen and families alike have access to 1300-feet of Tococa River access. Our campground is the perfect weekend get-away for those coming from Atlanta and surrounding areas and has bountiful opportunities in store for those traveling through the area. The campground is the ideal camping location for those wishing to visit Historic Downtown Blue Ridge, GA. Lake Blue Ridge Marina is located 2.1 miles from the campground and provides a plethora of outdoor recreation opportunities. Visitors to the marina can expect to dine all while overlooking the crystal clear waters of Lake Blue Ridge.   

Things To Do: Fannin County is known as the Trout Capital of Georgia and there are definitely plenty of fly fishing guide services for you to choose from. From anything to a half-day trip to a full-day trip, or somewhere in between, the guide services in Blue Ridge have all you need for the perfect fly fishing excursion. One can always find pleasure in walking the historic downtown of Blue Ridge, GA and riding on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Campground Amenities
The Blue Ridge/Toccoa River KOA has a plethora of amenities for all to enjoy! Food Truck Friday, in addition to Live Music Friday, provides campers the ability to unwind after a long day of traveling. Over the weekend campers can enjoy Sweet Treat Saturday, the saltwater pool, and can gather with campground friends at the community fire pit. Need space to gather with a large group? Policies

Non-Holiday/Special Event RV and Tent Sites:  7-day cancellation notice is required.  Must notify KOA by 4 pm seven days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel prior to the 7-day period, you will receive a refund of your deposit less a $20.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date will result in a loss of your full deposit. Email cancellations are not valid.

Deluxe Cabins: These units require a 14-day notice prior to arrival. Must notify KOA by 4 pm 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel prior to this 14-day period, you will receive a refund of your deposit less a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date will result in a loss of your full deposit. Email cancellations are not valid.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

Holidays and Special Events:

Holidays Include Memorial Day Weekend, July 4 Week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week/New Year's Week. 

Special Event: Blue Ridge Festivals and Halloween

DURING HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS, THE CANCELLATION PERIOD FOR ALL SITES AND CABINS IS 14 DAYS. Any cancellations or changes to existing reservations received by 4:00 pm, 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus a $20 processing fee.  Any cancellations or changes to existing reservations received 14 days or less prior to arrival will result in loss of full deposit.

Cancellation Policy Details:- Reservations made after the deadlines require non-refundable deposits; cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

- No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts. 

- No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.

- Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
